This website (Site) (spirituality4.me) is an activity of the Joint Christian Science Reading Room UK (UK Charity number: 1143776) (collectively written as ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’), which is sponsored by many of the Christian Science Churches and Societies in the UK. Its standard of privacy protection is based on the Golden Rule (The Bible: Matthew 7:12).

The UK Online Christian Science Reading Room (Online Reading Room) is an activity under the umbrella of the charity the Joint Christian Science Reading Room UK, which respects and protects the privacy of users.

This Site does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals, for instance, when registering for an account on the shop, by purchasing items from the shop, signing up for our newsletter, in discussion forums or through comments or e-mails you may send to this Site.

As an exception, to protect Site visitors and the general welfare, The UK Online Christian Science Reading Room (Online Reading Room) will release personal information about its users when the law requires us to do so.

Once you place an order with our shop, your name, telephone number, email address and shipping address, along with the details of what you ordered will be sent to myWarehouse, who store and ship our products. This personal information is ONLY used by myWarehouse to address parcels and packages on behalf of us. MyWarehouse NEVER uses this data for any other purpose but in the act of fulfilling our orders, some data is shared with couriers and postal services both within the UK and internationally. MyWarehouse operates internationally and there may be occasions when transient or incidental information that you submit to us, which may include personal information (such as name, work phone and email), is processed by us outside of the country you engaged us in. By submitting information to us, you agree to this.

Inactive accounts data will be retained for 5 years.
Pending orders information data will be kept for 6 months.
Failed order information data will be kept for 6 months.
Cancelled order information data will be kept for 1 year.
Completed order information data will be kept for 10 years.
Stripe data (for purchases via our shop) will be kept for 10 years.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have signed up for our newsletter, you can opt-out of mailings in every email at the bottom or ask us to remove your email address from our list.
